Questions to Ponder: This is another new segment that I'm starting. Hopefully I can have daily content with a segment due to drop every single day. "Questions to Ponder" is going to consist of questions that've I've asked myself time and time again but I don't simply have the answer to. Sometimes I might have an answer but who am I to say that my answers are necessarily correct? I like to have other opinions on certain topics. Hopefully this will get the comment section more active because that is my goal. I opened up the comment section not too long ago and I've yet to receive one. So hopefully you guys respond to these questions. This intro paragraph won't necessarily be here each week though, just for now. With that being said lets get into these questions.
Questions to Ponder:
Why is everyone depressed?
Is everyone actually depressed or is it just a trend?
Is anxiety something that everyone deals with?
If anxiety is such a common thing, how is everyone becoming this way?
How come the mental health issue is so big?
What effected everyone as children for us to have so many mental health issues now?
Is social media the real issue with a lot of our mental health issues?
Did the generations before us have these same health issues?
Does social media make us feel like our problems bigger than what they seem?
When society tells people to express their emotions, do they mean the happy emotions?
Are feelings and emotions always a sad thing? Like Why don't we acknowledge happy feelings?
Is the lack of promotion of love the reason that everyone is sad?
Does hiding behind the computer screen prevent social interaction?
Does that lack of social interaction force depression and sadness?
With the idea that our society loves instant gratification, does that hurt peoples feelings when they don't get it?
Why do we thirst for instant gratification? Why haven't we learned patience?
These are just a few questions on my mind this week. If you'd like to answer any of them just comment down below and lets get a conversation started. Hopefully this'll help me better understand and anyone else interested in these topics.
Nah this ain't no "trend". Well not for me at least, a young nigga reall be sad out here lmao. Love is the key tho. Love is the answer.
