Artist of the Week: Childish Gambino

Gambino is a Mastermind. Remember that. Childish Gambino, or Donald Glover, whatever you want to call him, has been ahead of our time for years now. His music has always challenged norms at the time yet we've always loved him. He doesn't really do music with mainstream artist. He stays in his lane, yet Donald is mainstream in his own way. Ever since his debut album Camp I was a fan. At the time, I had no idea who this man was. Come to find out, he was an established actor on the show Community and he'd already had his first Comedy stand up special. The crazy thing is, he was actually funny. He was talented at everything he did, but that was just the beginning. Since camp, he's dropped 2 more albums and 3 mixtapes. His most popular songs are 3005 and Redbone. His latest album sounds nothing like him. He experiments more on this album with high pitched vocals and doesn't even bother rapping this time.
