Gone and Forgotten

We use people like they can easily be replaced
I understand you if they were simply just a mistake
But majority of the time, that's simply not the case
Just think if he or she left right now, how'd you feel
How'd you feel watching dirt pile over their grave
You complained about the tiny things, saying you're not a slave
Now they can't even breathe, now guilty is how you plead
But they're gone for good, or for bad in this situation
He just wanted to love her for who she was
She just tried to make him seem like he was doing wrong
He never told but she would try to sell him out like it's right
This is why I could never put my words in a song
They tell you follow your dreams, but they're new ones every night
I wish I could actually afford to miss a flight
Tell me who could actually afford to miss a life
Only twenty kids found dead in the Creek
But in the sea I bet it's over One hundred twenty
Everyday lives are gone, people dead by US drones
They say we have reason but these people are at home
I don't mean to say we, talking about the land of the free
Free what exactly, we end up in jail trying to be brave
Bin Laden wasn't in a cave, and Nat Turner was just a slave
Heroes are what we pray for, but they can't behave
But that's according to the white man and his clan
Those heroes are gone now, just like that special person
Maybe she was his hero that became a villain
Or He was her hero and she refused to be saved
I don't know...I try not to think about it................not my problem anymore
